Effective September 2026. This policy explains what information Fernandes & Company LLC collects through fernandescompany.com and how it is used.
We collect information you choose to give us: your name, email address, phone number, and anything you include when you email us, call us, or book a consultation through Calendly. We also collect standard analytics data automatically through Google Analytics: pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you found the site. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you personally to us.
Three uses. To respond to you and provide the services you ask about. To understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. To send you information you have requested. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing.
The site uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure site usage. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt out browser add on or by blocking cookies in your browser. The site works fine without them.
We use Google Analytics for site measurement, Calendly for scheduling, and Netlify for hosting. Each has its own privacy policy governing the data it processes. When you book a call through Calendly, the information you enter is handled under Calendly's policy as well as ours.
We keep correspondence and contact information as long as needed to serve you and meet our legal and professional obligations. You can ask us to delete your contact information at any time.
Email mark@fernandescompany.com to ask what information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We respond to every request.
This site is for business audiences and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
