Meet Mark Fernandes, Mark is an experienced real estate investor and operator, currently overseeing his family office with a primary focus on New Jersey real estate. With deep roots in the industry, Mark began his career at a young age, working alongside his father and grandfather in property renovations and management. 

Over the years, he has developed a strong foundation in various aspects of real estate. Particularly with streamlining operations of asset and portfolio management. His extensive experience in both leading and structuring over 150 buy-side transactions has been a driving force behind his success in multiple partnerships.

Outside of work, Mark enjoys spending quality time with his wife and their twin children. In his free time, he also finds joy in camping, sailing, and spending time on the water.
