Mark Fernandes

Mark is an experienced real estate investor and operator who oversees his family office with a primary focus on New Jersey real estate. He founded Fernandes & Company to bring institutional-caliber analyst services and capital markets advisory to sponsors, lenders, brokers, and owners who demand precision without the overhead of a large firm.

With deep roots in the industry, Mark began working alongside his father and grandfather in property renovations and management. Over the years he built a foundation across every phase of the real estate lifecycle: underwriting, acquisitions, financing, operations, and disposition. He has personally underwritten billions in real estate assets, managed nine-figure portfolios, and closed over 200 buy-side and 150+ sell-side transactions.

Clients rely on Mark for his ability to think creatively, model with conviction, and deliver institutional-quality work product on an aggressive timeline. Outside of work, he spends his time with his wife and three children — camping, sailing, and on the water.
