Effective October 2026. This policy explains what information Fernandes & Company LLC collects through fernandescompany.com and how it is used.
We collect information you choose to give us: your name, email address, phone number, and anything you include when you email us, call us, submit our intake form, or book a consultation through Calendly. We also collect data automatically when you visit the site: pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you found the site. Third party tools may identify you or your company from your visit, including name, business email, job title and LinkedIn profile, using data from their own providers. We use this to follow up with businesses that show interest in our services.
Four uses. To respond to you and provide the services you ask about. To understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. To send you information you have requested. To show our ads to people who have visited the site on LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram. We do not sell your information. Our advertising partners receive site activity data so we can show our ads.
The site uses cookies and similar technologies from Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel and the LinkedIn Insight Tag. They measure site usage and let us show ads to past visitors on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. You can opt out at any time:

We use Google Analytics for site measurement, Meta and LinkedIn for advertising, Instantly (powered by Leadsy) for website visitor identification, Calendly for scheduling, HighLevel for our CRM and text messaging, and Netlify for hosting. Each has its own privacy policy governing the data it processes. When you book a call through Calendly, the information you enter is handled under Calendly's policy as well as ours.
If you give us your mobile number and check the consent box on our intake form, we may text you about scheduling and about work already underway. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or engagement.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except with the vendors who help us operate the messaging service, and they are barred from using it for any other purpose.
We keep correspondence and contact information as long as needed to serve you and meet our legal and professional obligations. You can ask us to delete your contact information at any time.
We protect your information with reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. The site is served over HTTPS, so anything you submit reaches us over an encrypted connection. Access to correspondence, contact records, and client files is limited to the firm principal and to vendors under contract who need it to deliver the service. Mobile numbers and SMS consent records are stored in our CRM under access controls and are not exported for any purpose other than operating the messaging service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Email mark@fernandescompany.com to ask what information we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, or opt out of visitor identification and ad targeting. We respond to every request.
This site is for business audiences and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
